Dunn Emergency Services personnel from left, Roy Norris, Steve Baker, Leslie Jackson, Steve Godwin and Andy Owens work to free two men from a truck accident on Interstate 95 yesterday morning. The unidentified men, despite being penned in the truck for nearly 45 minutes, suffered only minor injuries and were calm throughout the extraction, one even seen talking on a cell phone. According to those on the scene, the chain-reaction accident occurred around 9:30 when a flat bed semi-truck carrying steel reinforcing bars slowed for traffic and was rear-ended by another, smaller flat-bed truck. The cargo truck seen above, carrying plants from a plant farm, then rear-ended the second flatbed truck, which collapsed the front of the cab in on the men inside.
